  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During sales, promotions, product drops, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
  • Preorder items have specific production timelines listed on the product page and will ship once production is complete.






Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Estimated delivery times (after processing):


  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Carrier selection depends on order size, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.





Order Tracking



Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.





Preorders & Split Orders



  • If your order contains preorder items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
  • If you’d like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.






Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages



  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.






Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages



  • Smoke Showin Apparel Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
  • For lost packages, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
